EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
Monthly promotion - Consisting of a sequence of four to five emails, each dispatched on a different day throughout the promotional period. Carefully crafted to inform consumers about the offer, while generating momentum and a sense of urgency that motivates purchasing decisions.
Each email series has been managed from the conceptual stage to the final delivery of assets translated into 12 languages.





Broadcast emails - Consisting in a monthly series of 8 to 10 emails, each meant to inspire customers to create their own book or guide them through the app for best tips and tricks that they might have not discovered yet.





Email Trigger Series - Emails are sent to existing customers with items in their baskets or unfinished purchases, encouraging them to complete their transactions by highlighting the ease of using the app and alleviating any potential anxiety associated with finalizing their purchases.


DIRECT MAIL
At Popsa, I took charge of designing and conceptualizing various direct mail campaigns with the specific aim of distinguishing them from standard sales materials and crafting items that customers would find value in keeping. To achieve this objective, we adopted a distinctive approach by conceptualizing a leaflet that mimics a postcard, aligning it with the overarching theme of summer and travels. Throughout this process, we were careful to maintain cohesion with the brand's visual identity.
